A friend may pick up your packet; no ID or signed letters are required. However, runners are strongly encouraged to pick up their own race packet, as it is important for them to verify their data so that any necessary changes may be made.
8K and Fun Run runners will have plenty of parking within the parking garage of One Loudoun located next World of Beer. It is recommend you arrive no later than 7:30 AM for the 8 AM race start.
Warm up with a light jog over to the start line located in the undeveloped section of One Loudoun soon to be known as Uptown. Click here for a map highlighting the parking availability and start line location.
Keep in mind bag check will be available at the start/finish line area

The Fun Run course will start and finish at the same location of the 8k at what will soon be established as Uptown of One Loudoun. The course is stroller friendly. All children under 10 years of age should be accompanied by an adult throughout the course.

In accordance with parameters agreed to by ALL permitting properties and for the safety of all runners, volunteers and race staff, any runner that is off pace to complete their distance by the designated course cutoff may be pulled at any time by the Race Director. Please be aware that 3.5 hour(s) (16 min pace) for the half and 90 minutes (18 min pace) for the 8K is considered a hard cutoff time. All runners will be expected to carry the slowest official finishing pace for the entirety of the course. If the runner fails to do so and is significantly behind pace, the race staff reserves the right to pull ANY runner from the race at ANY time and at ANY point on the course.
